I’m so happy to meet you! I am Ann Hlabangana-Clay, founder & Educational Consultant at A & C Unlimited, LLC. I am also the newly-minted podcast host of Coaching You Through All Things Education. Our 11-year-old company rebranded itself in February 2020 to focus only on being a growth resource to the education world: for students, their families, educators, and the public. How timely was that now that the US education system has a spotlight on it due to Covid-19?
For 25+ years, I’ve taught, coached, presented, and consulted within public and private school settings across the U.S, and around the world, as well as at regional conferences, such as the National Council of Teachers of Math. I hold 3 degrees: 1 in psychology, 1 in education & 1 in leadership. I have spent countless hours of my own time engaging in professional and personal development opportunities. I was even asked to contribute to a Pearson’s math textbook for new teachers using shoestring licorice for fractions!
I became an Educational Consultant and a podcast host because I enjoy taking the stress out of education and more times than not, I’m going to Coach you into thinking outside of the box. Thinking INSIDE the box is easy, but sometimes ineffective. Thinking OUTSIDE of the box stimulates engagement, innovation, and growth.
